I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel in Patna. The suite I stayed in offered breathtaking views of Gandhi Maidan, and the room service was excellent. The staff even customized the food for my children, who loved it. Housekeeping was also top-notch, with a hardworking lady named Seema. The breakfast was delicious, and the buffet dinners were enjoyable. Despite a small inconvenience with the room key rebooting, the overall experience was delightful. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Patna. I'll recommend this hotel.

The rooms provided by the hotel were very comfortable and clean. the staff was courteous and helpful and always had a smile on their face. the food served was delicious and had a good variety. the location was perfect as it was close to all the places I wanted to visit and easily accessible. I also enjoyed the free airport drop-off service that the hotel provided.

The jalapeno veggie burger I ordered through room service could have been fresher. the lettuce in the burger seemed old and not so fresh.
